2. Client Warranty & Residency Restrictions
This platform, its operational services and all hosted inbound tourist insurance products are strictly and exclusively reserved for Non Malaysian Travellers and Non Residents of Malaysia.
This platform explicitly does not apply to, cover, or service any individuals entering or travelling to Malaysia under a Visa With Reference (VDR) issued for employment, study, or medical treatment purposes, or any holders of a Medical eVisa.
By proceeding to input data, generate quotes and/or finalize a premium payment on this platform, the Client provides a strict and continuing legal warranty that they do not hold Malaysian citizenship or residency and are not physically within Malaysia at the moment of initial purchase inception.
Any breach of this residency warranty constitutes a material, fundamental breach of contract. Consequently, ReVoLTS and/or the Underwriter reserve the absolute right to cancel and terminate any policy or transaction ab initio.
In the event of a breach of Clause 2, no refund shall be processed. The full premium paid by the Client shall be permanently forfeited and retained by ReVoLTS as pre estimated liquidated damages for administrative disruption, platform tampering and violation of statutory regulatory guidelines.
3. Scope of Services & Limitation of Privity
ReVoLTS acts purely as a digital facilitator and licensed Labuan Insurance Broker. It provides a technological interface through which the Client can view and buy products offered by external Underwriters.
The Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the actual Insurance Policy is a separate, independent and distinct contract entered into solely between the Client and the respective Underwriter. ReVoLTS is a stranger to that contract and no privity of contract exists between ReVoLTS and the Client regarding risk indemnification or benefit payouts.
ReVoLTS assumes zero liability, responsibility and/or oversight regarding the financial stability, commercial solvency and/or claims paying ability of any Underwriter hosted on the platform. Should an Underwriter enter into liquidation, bankruptcy, statutory management and/or restructuring, the Client shall have no right of financial recourse against ReVoLTS.
4. Duty of Utmost Good Faith
The relationship between the Client, ReVoLTS and the Underwriter is governed by the doctrine of Utmost Good Faith. Every data point, statement and/or answer provided by the Client during platform interaction is deemed “Material”.
If the Client conceals, omits, misrepresents and/or falsifies any information including but not limited to age, health indicators, travel dates and/or residency status:
- The Client shall fully indemnify and hold ReVoLTS harmless against all resulting liabilities, legal defense fees, fines and/or corporate damages.
- All premiums, processing fees and/or platform surcharges shall be rendered immediately non refundable.
- ReVoLTS retains an absolute contractual entitlement to keep all brokerage commissions and fees as earned income, regardless of subsequent policy avoidance by the Underwriter.
5. Incorporation of Third-Party Policy Wording
All core coverage triggers, specific exclusions, operational schedules and/or claim notification timelines are governed exclusively by the specific Underwriter’s Policy Wording which is hereby fully incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
ReVoLTS does not warrant, promise and/or imply that any insurance product hosted on its platform is fit for the Client's specific travel itinerary, personal risk profile and/or medical background. The sole burden of reading the Underwriter’s Policy Wording and assessing its adequacy rests with the Client.
The Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that product configurations are bound to the selected plan's structural boundaries consisting of either the MTP-Lite Plan restricted to a maximum of fifteen (15) consecutive days from arrival or the MTP-Basic Plan restricted to a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive days from arrival.
6. Claims Settlement Exclusions
ReVoLTS has zero legal authority, operational power and/or corporate capability to authorize, deny, evaluate, negotiate and/or settle claims.
The Client irrevocably releases and forever discharges ReVoLTS from any liability, dispute and/or lawsuit arising directly or indirectly out of:
- Total rejection, partial payment and/or structural reduction of any claim by the Underwriter;
- Delays and/or administrative backlogs in the Underwriter's internal adjudication and/or investigation timelines; and/or
- The performance, conduct and/or errors of third party administrators (TPAs), emergency medical escorts and/or any medical adjusters.
7. Systemic Risk, Platform Access & Data Integrity
ReVoLTS utilizes dynamic Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to sync with Underwriter databases. ReVoLTS shall not be held liable for any transaction failures, timing mismatches and/or sudden inability to issue electronic policy certificates resulting from API dropouts, servers going down, power grid failures and/or malicious cyber attacks targeting third party networks.
While ReVoLTS endeavors to ensure the platform is accessible 24 hours a day, it accepts no liability if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access may be suspended and/or restricted without prior notice.
ReVoLTS acts purely on data inputted by the user. ReVoLTS is not responsible for text errors, misspelled names and/or incorrect passport numbers on final policy certificates caused by the Client's own data entry mistakes.
8. Financial Administration & Fees
All service fees, transaction processing additions and/or platform usage surcharges levied by ReVoLTS are deemed fully earned immediately upon the successful digital issuance of a policy certificate and are strictly non refundable.
Any policy termination or premium refund request submitted prior to the effective date of coverage and approved within the restrictive bounds of the Underwriter’s refund rules shall be subject to an administrative processing fee of 10% of the Premium Price payable directly to ReVoLTS. No refunds are possible on or after the scheduled policy effective date.
The Client explicitly waives their right to initiate a credit card and/or digital payment chargeback through their issuing financial institution for any product related coverage dispute. Any violation of this clause entitles ReVoLTS to fully recover the disputed transaction amount plus an administrative penalty of USD 500.00 to cover legal and processing overheads.
No refunds or terminations are permitted on or after the scheduled effective date of the chosen MTP-Lite or MTP-Basic coverage cycle, or once the trip inside Malaysia has commenced.
9. Absolute General Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total, aggregate, cumulative liability of ReVoLTS including its directors, employees and/or technological partners for any platform service error, administrative negligence, omission and/or contract breach shall be strictly and completely limited to a maximum cap of USD 1,000.00.
Under no circumstances shall ReVoLTS be held liable for indirect, collateral, special, exemplary and/or consequential losses including but not limited to travel delays, missed flights, hotel cancellation penalties, emotional distress and/or lost business opportunities.
The Client explicitly acknowledges that the Underwriter limits its systemic exposure via an Aggregate Limit of Liability Clause capping total policy liabilities at Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (USD 250,000.00).
A strict individual conveyance limit of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (USD 250,000.00) for Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation.
Under no circumstances shall ReVoLTS be held responsible, liable and/or joined to any judicial action regarding benefit reductions, proportional payout scales and/or monetary shortfalls enforced by the Underwriter under these policy limits.

Any legal action, dispute resolution mechanism and/or litigation concerning these Terms and Conditions must be brought exclusively before the Courts of Malaysia and the Client explicitly submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, waiving any defenses based on forum non conveniens.
